If after placing an online order you realize that you have made a mistake in the measurements or chosen the wrong material we are happy to cancel/refund or amend/change the order, providing it has not already been processed/nested. 

Return of Goods

Custom laser/plasma/water jet cut items are exempt from the distance selling cooling off period and therefore, no returns can be accepted. CNC-processed items, bends and surface-treated parts are also considered “custom made”. The items would have been made to your specifications making it impossible for us to re-sell.
