LASER CUTTING
Nowadays Laser Cutting is a very common process used for production of great variety of complex shapes from sheet metal, pipes and profiles. It allows processing of different materials with high accuracy, speed and versatility.
Our Laser cutting capacity: Dimensions 2000x6000mm, thickness up to 20mm. Available for aluminum, titanium, brass and other alloys.

PLASMA CUTTING
Plasma cutting is another very well-known material cutting process. It vaporizes the material thru a jet of ionised gas with temperature of up to 30 000°C. It allows rather high speed cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and other conductive materials, with thickness up to 70mm.
Our state-of-art plasma technology allows cutting from sheet metal under certain angle. This option is widely used to prepare chamfer on the parts for welding joints. Depending on the assembly the angle can be cut in order to match with other parts as well.
Our capacity allows cutting area of 2000x12000mm,
Up to 80mm. thickness of carbon steel and 70mm of stainless steel.

WATER JET CUTTING
Abrasive Waterjet Cutting is an essential cutting process, which is used mainly for cutting very thick and/or precise shapes. Even though it is more expensive than other cutting means, it is the only method that provides parts with finest cut quality and minimum heat-affected zones. Waterjet is even applicable with non-metal materials such as wood, stone and glass.
Our WaterJet capacity allows cuts with the following dimensions:
2000x3000mm with thickness up to 100mm.

FLAME CUTTING
Flame cutting or oxy-fuel cutting is a thermal – chemical process, which just like the WaterJet cutting, is used for thicker materials. It comes quite handy when the capacity of plasma cutting is not enough, but it is applicable mostly for carbon steels.
Our Flame cutting capacity allows cuts with the following dimensions:
2000x12000mm with up to 300mm thickness.

SHEET BENDING
Sheet bending is a widely used method for manufacturing details with certain angle, without welding. Parts with bended angles have higher toughness than welded ones and of course have lower cost.
Our press-brakes services allow bending with up to 4000kN (400 tons) with working length 4000mm and thickness of the sheet – up to 18mm.

Sheet metal rolling
Sheet rolling or forming is another method for bending. Instead of edgy angular shapes however, the result is an oval form, with certain radius. This method is mostly used for production of non-standard pipes and cones, but is also applicable for other spherical-shaped forms.

CNC MACHINING
This manufacturing process uses a pre-programmed computer software to dictate the movement of factory tools and machinery. The process is used for controlling a range of complex machinery, from grinders and lathes to mills and routers. With CNC machining, three-dimensional cutting tasks can be accomplished in a single set of prompts.
Our CNC machining capacity:
CNC turning capacity: max L= 3000 mm; max Diameter 1000mm.
CNC milling capacity: max L= 3000mm; max W= 2000; max H=1000mm.

WELDING
Welding is a fabrication method of joining steel pieces into single monolith structure. It can be performed either with or without additional material. Different welding methods are applicable, depending on specific requirements.
Our welding services aim mainly to ease the client, by reducing labour costs and providing a complete joint part.

Multiple-parts assembly
In order to provide a full service My Euro Steel offers multiple parts to be assembled together in more complex joints. Just like with welding, the purpose is to facilitate our customer, reduce labor costs and save time. Multiple part assembly refers to joints, made by bolts and nuts, flanged joints also with bolts and nuts, by flanges rivets etc.

SURFACE TREATMENT
Surface treatment can be applied before and after processing of the metal.
Sandblasting is a pre-priduction service, which deaply cleanses the metal surface. It uses a high pressure abrasive stream to eliminate any stains of rust or scales. It is commonly used when processing carbon steels.
Powder coating gives the finished appearance of the part, painting it in the desired color. It also protects the steel surface and lengthens its lifetime.

Collaborating with Clients
In order for My Euro Steel to process quotation request, our clients have to simply drag and drop their CAD files, write down the required raw material and set the amount.
For convenience reasons we can process both 2D drawings (dwg, dxf) and 3D models (step, stp,).
However specific requirements, like welding leg, surface treament etc. have to be noted additionaly.
